I’ve been practicing Yoga regularly in a variety of settings since 2010. While I am active in many different sports and outdoor activities such as rock climbing, running, biking, skiing, and surfing, yoga has been the one constant that helps prepare my mind and body for whatever challenge I may be taking on next. In 2016 I took my interest in yoga to a new level and completed my 500 HR RYT with Yoga Garden in San Francisco as well as earning additional certifications as a BoxingYoga Coach. With an athletic style geared towards improving balance and strength, I look for ways to help students prepare mentally and physically for adventures they plan to take on off the mat.
In addition to yoga, I am also a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and TRX qualified trainer, utilizing many additional modalities to build strength and balance out my training. I am always continuing to deepen my knowledge of fitness and nutrition and look forward to bring exciting strength and movement practices to more students soon.
